The replaced fuel water separation filter element should be immersed in the acid-base washing liquid, the soaking time should not exceed 24 hours, and the temperature of the acid-base liquid is generally 25℃-50℃. It is recommended that the ratio of acid or alkali to water is 10-20%.
The filtrate and filter element with high protein content are soaked in enzyme solution, the cleaning effect is good, and they are renewed before use. They must be cleaned and then sterilized with steam. Cleaning and disinfection are very important for water filters and drying filters.
When sterilizing the fuel water separation filter element, pay attention to the time and temperature. Polypropylene should be sterilized at 121°C in a high-temperature sterilization cabinet, and sterilized with steam at 0.1MPa steam pressure at 130°C/20 minutes. Polysulfone and PTFE Ethylene is sterilized by steam, which can reach 142°C and pressure of 0.2MPa. The appropriate time is about 30 minutes. If the temperature is too high, the time is too long, and the pressure is too high, the filter element will be damaged.
Droplets of oil, water, and other liquids are captured by microfibers inside the coalescer, and these micron-sized fibers form a tortuous channel for the airflow, forcing solid particles and liquid droplets in inertial collisions, diffusive interception, and direct interception. Under the action of a filtration mechanism, it is captured by the ultra-fine fibers, and the surface tension of the liquid causes the small droplets to coalesce into larger droplets. Due to the action of gravity, the large droplets settle to the bottom of the container.
